Darcy Searl co-founded Financial Consultants Group in 1996 and was instrumental in establishing the firm as a Registered Investment Advisor, helping lay the foundation for what is now Fountain Wealth Partners. With more than four decades of experience in financial services, Darcy began her career in 1980 and went on to hold senior leadership positions with Fidelity Investments, including serving as a Branch Manager responsible for multiple offices in the Atlanta market.

Throughout her career, Darcy has been deeply committed to serving clients with integrity, personal attention, and a long-term perspective. Her transition from the brokerage industry to a fully fee-only fiduciary advisory model reflected a philosophy that has remained central to the firm: placing the interests of clients first and building relationships designed to span generations.

Darcy has also been especially passionate about educating and empowering women. She has frequently spoken to women’s groups and has provided thoughtful guidance to women navigating significant financial and life transitions, including divorce and widowhood, helping them approach important decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

As Emeritus Advisor, Darcy continues to embody the values, relationships, and client-first philosophy that have shaped the firm for three decades. Her contributions remain an important part of the history and foundation of Fountain Wealth Partners.
